Job Description -
Job Title: Manager, Software Engineering (ServiceNow) Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid 3 days onsite per week)
Relocation: Available
Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent
- 8+ years of professional experience implementing ServiceNow or similar enterprise IT platforms.
- 6+ years of experience specifically focused on IT, Security, or GRC solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Proven leadership experience managing software engineering teams or platform teams in a large, complex organization.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, scripting (JavaScript), and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Strong understanding of Financial Services industry regulations, compliance, and audit frameworks.
- Experience with modern cloud-based toolsets including Jira, Confluence, Workday, and Oracle Cloud.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; able to convey complex technical concepts to executive leadership.
- Certifications such as:
- ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CMA, or CTA
- ITIL Foundation or CISA
