Job Description:

Looking for a Lead SAP TM Functional Consultant with 10 15 years of client-facing experience to support SAP S/4HANA Embedded TM implementation and rollout projects. Candidate must have strong skills in solution design, configuration, integration, documentation, and testing within Transportation Management processes.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 10+ years of SAP TM Functional experience (Mandatory)

  • Experience in S/4HANA Embedded TM end-to-end implementations

  • Strong knowledge of TM solution architecture, design, and delivery

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • WRICEF design

    • BOPF structure & PPF concepts

    • Domestic & International Outbound scenarios

  • Integration experience with:

    • SD, MM, Finance

    • Preferred: SAP GTS, SAP LBN

  • Understanding of CALM process and testing concepts

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting & problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication & documentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Lead design, configuration, testing and deployment activities

  • Support Cutover, Go-Live & Hypercare

  • Prepare and review FS/TS, BPML, test results

  • Facilitate SIT/UAT and work with business teams on GAPs

  • Coordinate integration with reporting (Power BI/Snowflake)

  • Provide risk/issue mitigation and status reporting
