Job Details

Role: Python with Amazon Connect or Amazon Connect Developer with Python

Location: Jacksonville, FL (Onsite/Remote)

Duration: Long Term

Experience: 14+ Years Experience MUST

NOTE: Need at least 4-5 years of experience on Python

Requirement Overview:

  1. AWS Connect
  • Expertise in set up a cloud-based contact center.
  • Integrate with Lambda for real-time call handling and data processing.
  • Configure routing profiles, contact flows, and agent hierarchies.
  • Enable voice recording and store recordings in S3.
  1. AWS Lambda
  • Implement serverless functions in Python to:
    • Process incoming call metadata.
    • Trigger workflows based on customer input.
    • Interact with DynamoDB for customer data retrieval and updates.
    • Store call transcripts and logs in S3.
  • Ensure Lambda functions are stateless and optimized for performance.
  1. Amazon S3
  • Create buckets for:
    • Storing call recordings.
    • Storing call transcripts and logs.
    • Hosting static assets (if needed).
  • Implement lifecycle policies for data retention and archival.
  1. Amazon DynamoDB
  • Design tables for:
    • Customer profiles.
    • Call history and metadata.
    • Support ticket tracking.
  • Use partition keys and sort keys for efficient querying.
  • Implement access control and encryption at rest.
  1. Python
  • Develop Lambda functions using Python 3.x.
  • Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring.
  • Write unit tests for all Python modules.
