Job Details

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced FPGA Design Engineer to contribute to the development of cutting-edge audio/video systems. The role involves creating RTL for audio/video processing modules, network interfaces, packet handling, and CPU data transfers. You will collaborate closely with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless integration and system performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop RTL designs for audio/video processing, networking, and data movement functions.

  • Collaborate with hardware (board) designers to define FPGA pinouts.

  • Support board bring-up and participate in design verification and validation.

  • Work with software engineers to integrate FPGA components into the overall system architecture.

Qualifications

  • BSEE or equivalent degree.

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on RTL design experience using Verilog and/or VHDL.

  • Proficiency with Xilinx and Intel/Altera FPGA development tools.

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Excellent documentation skills, including API descriptions for software integration and interface specifications for IP blocks.
