RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has an enterprise client that is seeking a Project/Program Manager I in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities:
* Project/Program Manager I will be responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program
* Oversees all aspects of projects/program
* Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program
* Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program
* Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
* Performs a variety of tasks; Leads and directs the work of others
* Manage Deployment Engineering orders for multiple projects at a time
* Collaborate and communicate with internal/external stakeholders on site health readiness and maintain high bar of delivery excellence
* Execute Equipment Install Plan (EIP) vs Sales Order (SO) mismatches; Resolve and troubleshoot customer ticket issues
* As a Project/Program Manager I, you will present confidently to executives as well as other large audiences
* Drive operational excellence by contributing to KPIs and SLAs
* Drive OM process improvements, cost optimization and scalability initiatives in collaboration with Robotics Supply Chain leadership
* Actively support and foster a culture of inclusion
* Maintain/update internal documentation for internal training and reference
* Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in STEM or MBA
* 3+ years of program or project management experience
* 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
* 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
* 2+ years of supply chain experience
* Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
* Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP's) at an advanced level and SQL
* Strong math, logical, problem-solving skills
* Conceptual understanding of systems, and configuration management
* Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
* A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
Preferred Qualifications:
* 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
* 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
* Experience in project management, stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
* Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
* Order Management functional experience in Manufacturing organization
* Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
