What You'll Do:
  • Be the go-to expert for IT support, handling requests via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Manage user accounts and mobile devices using Azure Active Directory and Intune.
  • Monitor and triage service desk tickets, document diagnostics, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Provide remote support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and approved software applications.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, keeping users informed and empowered.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure fast and effective resolutions.
  • Create and maintain clear, helpful documentation.
  • Offer personalized guidance to users on systems and tools.

What You Bring:
  • 3-5 years of experience in an IT service desk or help desk role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Intune, and mobile device management.
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including PC imaging and configuration.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred - but your hands-on expertise matters most!

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
