Job Details
As an Oracle Fusion SCM Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining Oracle modules within our organization. Your role involves ensuring the performance, security, and reliability of Oracle modules while also supporting the needs of various stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform administration duties related to the following Oracle ERP modules: Procurement, Supply Chain, Product Management, Demand Management, and Supply Planning.
- Manage user access and permissions to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Investigate and resolve module-related issues reported by users or detected through monitoring tools.
- Work closely with other IT teams and vendors to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
- Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, procedures, and standards.
- Generate regular reports on database performance, usage, and capacity planning.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud ERP Administrator.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle SCM module administration.
- Cloud service integration experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) are a plus.
