Job Title: Digital Workspace Consultant

Job Purpose:
As a Digital Workspace Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing workflows, enhancing collaboration, and empowering teams to accomplish more using Slack and Salesforce. You will work closely with public sector clients to understand their unique challenges and deliver tailored solutions that unlock the full potential of their digital workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to assess their needs and tailor solutions that optimize their use of Slack and Salesforce.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to facilitate smooth adoption and effective change management.
- Provide ongoing support and consultancy to ensure clients maximize their investments in digital tools.
- Develop and implement best practices for workflow optimization and team collaboration.
- Analyze client performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and functionalities of Slack and Salesforce to provide informed recommendations and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven Administrator experience working with Slack, Salesforce, or similar digital workspace tools.
- Strong understanding of workflow optimization and team collaboration strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to facilitate workshops and training sessions.
- Previous experience in consulting or a client-facing role is preferred.
- Passion for empowering teams and enhancing productivity.
