Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business units to define analytics strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Apply advanced analytics, modeling, and forecasting techniques to support decision-making and business growth.
  • Act as a "data storyteller," translating complex datasets into actionable insights for nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Design, build, and maintain analytic models focusing on customer behavior, operational efficiency, and revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to ensure the implementation of scalable and efficient data tools.


Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in analytics roles.
  • 5+ years of experience working in cross-functional business partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver actionable insights with measurable business impact.
  • Strong communication skills and business acumen to align analytics with organizational strategy.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL (non-negotiable).
  • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau (highly preferred).

Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with Python, especially utilizing machine learning libraries.
  • Working knowledge of AI/Machine Learning techniques.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Azure ML, Power Automate, and Visual Studio.
  • Insurance industry experience or understanding.
  • Knowledge of Data Governance principles and their importance.
