Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business units to define analytics strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Apply advanced analytics, modeling, and forecasting techniques to support decision-making and business growth.
- Act as a "data storyteller," translating complex datasets into actionable insights for nontechnical stakeholders.
- Design, build, and maintain analytic models focusing on customer behavior, operational efficiency, and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to ensure the implementation of scalable and efficient data tools.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in analytics roles.
- 5+ years of experience working in cross-functional business partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver actionable insights with measurable business impact.
- Strong communication skills and business acumen to align analytics with organizational strategy.
Must-Have Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (non-negotiable).
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau (highly preferred).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Python, especially utilizing machine learning libraries.
- Working knowledge of AI/Machine Learning techniques.
- Familiarity with tools such as Azure ML, Power Automate, and Visual Studio.
- Insurance industry experience or understanding.
- Knowledge of Data Governance principles and their importance.
