Job Details

We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Lead with hands-on SAP experience to support our technology team. This fully remote role is critical in driving quality assurance excellence across SAP environments by training QA resources, providing guidance on best practices, and contributing to a minimal amount of hands-on testing. The ideal candidate brings leadership experience and deep familiarity with SAP automation tools, particularly Tosca.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor QA team members, particularly in SAP automation practices
Train junior and mid-level QA analysts on SAP testing tools, workflows, and methodologies
Act as the subject matter expert on SAP QA automation and best practices
Provide support and guidance in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test scenarios and ensure test coverage
Participate in code and test case reviews, offering constructive feedback and guidance
Perform minimal hands-on testing when required to validate or troubleshoot issues

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of QA experience, with at least 2 years in a QA lead role
3+ years of experience in SAP automation testing

Special Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong experience with SAP QA automation tools Tosca preferred
Proven experience leading QA teams or training junior team members
Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test case creation, and defect tracking
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead remote teams and effectively communicate across time zones
Proficiency with test management and automation frameworks

Additional Desired Characteristics:
Experience working in Agile environments
Exposure to enterprise software systems and business processes
Certification in Tosca or similar automation tools (preferred, not required)

Work Environment:
Fully remote role open to candidates located across the [U.S. Eastern/Central/Western Region]
Collaborative virtual environment with cross-functional teams
No travel required
