Pay Rate: $85/hr W2


Position Description:

Seneca Resources is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead end-to-end architecture strategy and governance across enterprise systems, including Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Source-to-Pay (S2P), and Finance. This role will define integration frameworks, ensure compliance with federal regulations, and drive scalability and data integrity across a complex enterprise ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will serve as the strategic bridge between IT, business process owners, and system integrators, ensuring alignment between architecture decisions and organizational objectives. This position requires a strong background in ERP and CLM systems, compliance architecture, and hands-on integration design within highly regulated environments such as aerospace, defense, or federal contracting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap for CLM, S2P, and Finance systems.

  • Establish and enforce technical guardrails, integration patterns, and middleware strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with GAC, FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and DCAA requirements from a systems perspective.

  • Provide subject matter expertise (SME) on solution design, configuration, and data governance.

  • Oversee master data management, reporting, and analytics architecture across platforms.

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution integrators, and IT teams to drive alignment.

  • Champion system scalability, interoperability, and data security within a hybrid enterprise environment.


Required Skills & Education:

  • 3 6+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, ERP, SCM, or CLM systems.

  • Proven experience with Infor CloudSuite, Icertis CLM, and Deltek Costpoint.

  • Strong background in systems integration, data governance, and security compliance.

  • Experience working within aerospace, defense, or federal contracting industries.

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience developing or reviewing integration architectures and API frameworks.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and enterprise data modeling.

  • Prior experience implementing federal compliance frameworks in enterprise systems.
