You Are:

You are a dedicated Benefits Specialist with a passion for helping employees navigate the complexities of leave management and benefits. Your expertise in employee benefits, compliance, and HR systems makes you a vital asset to any team. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are adept at building strong partnerships with stakeholders, business partners, and employees. Your experience in a multi-state, large-scale organization, preferably in the tech industry, has honed your ability to deliver superior service and drive continuous improvement in benefits programs.

What You ll Be Doing:

  • Working closely with employees, stakeholders, and business partners to deliver a superior experience during the leave management process.
  • Consulting with and advising leadership and employees on company policies, leave provisions, federal and state laws, and other compliance requirements.
  • Maintaining program design and execution that is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations; working closely with legal, compliance, and leave management vendors.
  • Managing employee benefits questions through ticketing and email system
  • Maintaining collaborative partnerships with all other Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure appropriate touch points with other HR programs.
  • Driving improvement by creating, documenting, and continuously improving repeatable frameworks to deliver outcomes at scale, including policies, process documents, trainings, and handbooks.
  • Leveraging HR, program management, and case management tools and technology to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Coordinate with the 3rd party leave management vendor to arrange the annual STD plan trustee audits and meeting.

  • Supporting the organization s mission to create a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

What You ll Need:

  • 3+ years of proven benefits and leave management experience, ideally in a multi-state, 5000+ employee environment; tech industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and experience collaborating with technical teams, preferably with SAP/SuccessFactors and leave vendors.
  • Proven ability to model critical thinking, program management, and collaboration.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Operational excellence and process rigor, including project management and end-to-end process and workflow management.
