Summary:
We are seeking a Senior PLM Analyst to take charge of our Product Lifecycle Management operations focusing on engineering change management, BOM structuring, and metadata management within the PLM system. The candidate must possess a proactive approach, outstanding analytical skills, and the capability to foster effective communication between various teams. This role is primed for a detail-oriented individual who is adept at navigating complex PLM workflows and ensuring data integrity for informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update product data, BOMs, and metadata within the Agile PLM system.
  • Process Engineering and Manufacturing Change Orders (ECOs and MCOs) and related workflows.
  • Ensure accurate Bill of Materials creation, structuring, and product data linkage.
  • Maintain data consistency, perform data analysis, and run reports for decision support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and streamlined workflow execution.

Must-Have Skills:

  • In-depth experience with Agile PLM Systems.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Required Industry Experience:

  • Previous experience in hardware, manufacturing, or supply chain domains is highly preferred.
