Job Description
We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Tester with strong hands-on expertise in Pega 8.x CDH platforms and a proven track record in automation testing. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of QA experience, excellent scripting skills, and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies. Healthcare domain knowledge is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Perform hands-on testing within Pega 8.x CDH platform(s)
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Java, and JavaScript or similar automation tools
Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing for APIs and data integrations
Utilize Test Management tools such as Rational Tool Suite, JIRA, RQM, and RTC for test planning and execution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle
Apply Agile principles in daily work, including participation in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Prepare detailed test documentation and reports for stakeholders

Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of QA Testing experience
Strong scripting experience in Selenium, Java, and JavaScript
Hands-on experience with Pega 8.x CDH platform(s)
Proficiency in API testing and data integration validation
Familiarity with Test Management tools (Rational Tool Suite, JIRA, RQM, RTC)
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
Must be based in Hartford, CT and eligible for hire
