Title: Project Manager

Location: Southwest Region (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full Time

Description
* Lead and direct project teams to achieve project goals.
* Develop and execute strategic project plans.
* Communicate effectively with engineering specialists.
* Manage project budgets and resource allocation efficiently.
* Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
* Maintain strong vendor relationships and manage expectations.
* Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and direction to the project team.
* Develop comprehensive project plans and track progress.
* Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders.
* Manage project budgets and negotiate with vendors.
* Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
* Foster a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field required.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
* Proven track record of delivering complex projects successfully.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Proficient in project management software tools.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and make critical decisions.
