Description:
TEKsystems is seeking a dynamic and experienced Network/Systems Administrator to join our team. This role involves organizing and automating a variety of infrastructure projects. We are looking for a Networking Generalist with expertise in both network and systems administration. The ideal candidate will also have light project management experience, as they will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing the automation of backend network and infrastructure tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the IT Director with over 100 ongoing projects, including upgrades, implementations, and maintenance of various technologies and servers.
- Work directly under the IT Director, acting as their "right hand" in managing and executing projects.
- Collaborate with the current IT support staff and project manager to ensure successful project completion.
- Prepare technical documentation and conduct training sessions for technical and non-technical staff.
- Direct team members to appropriately complete projects with minimal end-user interaction.
