Position: Product Wear Test Analyst (3-Month Contract, Hybrid)
Location: Reynoldsburg, OH (2-3 days/week in office, flexible schedule)
Pay Rate: $25-$30/hour (W2)
About the Role
We are seeking a Product Wear Test Analyst to support our apparel and lifestyle categories through consumer fit, comfort, and performance testing. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end wear testing process, collect and analyze participant feedback, and provide actionable insights to guide product decisions.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that combines project coordination, data analysis, and consumer research. You will interact with cross-functional teams, oversee participant panels, and ensure products meet high standards before launch.
Key Responsibilities
Wear Test Program Execution ( 60%)
- Manage daily wear testing initiatives across multiple product categories.
- Review testing requests, understand objectives, and design surveys to capture key feedback.
- Coordinate test product distribution, participant selection, and communications.
- Support recruitment and engagement of test participants, including planning events.
- Continuously identify process improvements and trends in testing data.
Analysis of Test Results ( 30-40%)
- Collect, clean, and analyze feedback data using Excel and other reporting tools.
- Prepare clear, accurate reports and visual presentations for stakeholders.
- Maintain benchmarking statistics for product performance.
Business Recommendations ( 10%)
- Translate test data into actionable insights and recommendations for product improvements.
- Highlight potential risks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
- Communicate findings effectively at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree required; degree in business, analytics, or related field preferred.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred; entry level candidates with strong analytical skills considered.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with survey tools (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership skills to guide or supervise team members.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative.

Additional Information
- Contract duration: 3 months (possibility of extension).
- Hybrid work: 2-3 days in-office per week; reliable transportation required.
