Job Description
The Oracle Health Specialty Practice Management team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer to contribute to the development and enhancement of our physician practice management product. In this role, you will be a key contributor in the ongoing evolution of our software solutions, playing a vital role in critical projects including database uplift to Oracle Autonomous Database (ADB) and migration to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
As a member of our software engineering division, you will be instrumental in all phases of the software development lifecycle, focusing on designing, developing, troubleshooting, and debugging software programs for databases, applications, and tools. You will work independently on complex and varied tasks, applying your expertise to design and implement impactful changes to our existing software architecture to meet evolving needs.

Expertise in designing and developing solution using c# in cloud environment.
Experience in working with complex sql queries
Experience in developing rest based web services
Good to have some ETL type experience
Good to have: Experience with migration of on prem solutions to cloud.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs for databases, applications, and tools within the physician practice management product.
- Assist in defining and developing software solutions throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Design and implement significant changes and enhancements to existing software architecture using technologies such as PowerBuilder, C#, .NET, SQL, HL7, and Cloud platforms.
- Work independently on complex tasks and leverage independent judgment to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Conduct routine reviews of solutions, suggest aesthetic improvements, and participate in project-related activities like code reviews and status meetings.
- Contribute to the uplift of our database to Oracle Autonomous Database (ADB).
- Participate in the migration of applications and systems to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Support and troubleshoot Cloud deployment and environment issues.
- Collaborate with other engineers, stakeholders, and potentially other teams as needed.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in software development and healthcare technology.
