MetaPhase is seeking a mid-level IT Project Manager with 7+ years of experience leading federal IT programs to drive Intake Support Task Order delivery. You will stand up PMO rigor, manage schedules, and ensure Treasury's Infrastructure Ops team meets every milestone.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Lead a high performing and collaborative team that is reflected in a comprehensive Project Plan and maintain it throughout the performance period .
• Produce Monthly Progress Reports mapping deliverables to invoices and KPIs .
• Track budgets, risks, and issues; escalate as needed to the Task Order Manager .
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and enforce quality control on all deliverables .
• Champion continuous-improvement practices and oversee subcontractors .

What We Need From You (Required):

• Master's degree or bachelor's degree with 7+ years of project or program management experience with federal IT initiatives.
• Active PMP certification and proven skill in schedule and risk management.
• Strong proficiency with SharePoint, MS Project, and Excel.
• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for Tier 4 / High Public Trust clearance.

Bonus Points (Desired):

• Experience with Treasury OCIO standards and directives .
• Agile (Scrum Master or SAFe) certification.

Work Setup:

• Hybrid - Washington,DCmetro; onsite 3days/week with up to 2 approved telework days.

Travel:

• Occasional (<10>

Clearance & Education:

• High Public Trust (Tier4); U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field required ; Master's degree may substitute for years of experience.

Compensation:

• Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is 115k - 125k.
