Job Details

MUST have experience developing the UI for Chatbots.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain user-facing features for chatbot interactions using modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred).
  • Design and implement responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Integrate the frontend with chatbot platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or Amazon Lex).
  • Collaborate with designers to translate Figma/Sketch prototypes into interactive components.
  • Ensure smooth real-time communication using WebSockets or similar technologies.
  • Optimize performance and responsiveness across browsers and devices.
  • Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
  • Work with QA teams to ensure functionality and quality of the chatbot experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in frontend/UI development.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
  • Strong experience with React.js and related libraries (Redux, Hooks, etc.).
  • Experience building chat-based or conversational UIs.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and WebSocket communication..
  • Familiarity with chatbot platforms and APIs (e.g., Dialogflow, Bot Framework).
  • Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Basic understanding of version control (Git) and Agile workflows.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Exposure to NLP/AI concepts and chatbot training flows.
  • Knowledge of real-time analytics or conversation tracking tools.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD tools.
  • Familiarity with error logging and monitoring.
