Mandatory:
z/OS upgrades and hardware uplift experience
- Mainframe architecture (15+ years)
- Scalable and secure enterprise system design (5+ years)
- Programming in COBOL, DB2, IMS, MQ, RACF, CICS
- Automation expertise using REXX and tools
- Cloud service provider familiarity (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
Here are the preferred skills in short form:
- Strong knowledge of Hitachi & VTS storage
- Experience with Broadcom elimination and cost optimization
