About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into functional solutions, and ensure smooth delivery of Salesforce enhancements and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.

  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.

  • Work on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations and enhancements.

  • Partner with developers and administrators to ensure proper implementation of solutions.

  • Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support end-user training.

  • Ensure alignment of Salesforce solutions with business goals and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA), preferably in Salesforce projects.

  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with both business and technical stakeholders.

  • Experience in documenting requirements, user stories, and workflows.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Salesforce certifications (Admin or Consultant) are a plus.
