For candidates with current or prior experience with the State of Wisconsin experience and all required skills outlined in the job posting, we offer up to 98.5% of the client bill rate on CTC basis, ensuring a very low margin (under $1). Please be advised that client administrative fees will be deducted if applicable. Our payment terms are Net 30, and we guarantee payment within that period of Net 30, regardless of the client's payment status to us.

A Network Engineer III - senior-level technical professional responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructure. This role requires advanced expertise in networking technologies and the ability to lead projects and mentor junior staff. A Network Engineer III is a senior-level technical professional responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructure.
Network Design & Implementation
- Design and architect enterprise-level network solutions including LAN, WAN, wireless, and data center networks
Implement and configure advanced routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS) - Deploy and manage network security solutions including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS systems
 - Plan and execute network upgrades and migrations with minimal downtime
 
Operations & Maintenance
- Monitor network performance and optimize for reliability, speed, and security
 - Troubleshoot complex network issues and perform root cause analysis
 - Maintain network documentation including diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures
 - Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with service providers
 
Security & Compliance
- Implement network security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards
 - Conduct network security assessments and vulnerability testing
 - Respond to security incidents and implement remediation measures
 - Stay current with emerging security threats and mitigation strategies
 
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead network infrastructure projects from conception to completion
 - Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior network engineers
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including systems, security, and application teams
 
Required Skills: 5 years or more of experience in the below:
- Advanced Bridging and routing integration technologies
 - Trouble shooting LANs, WANs, and wireless
 - Proficient Firewall, ACLs, business to business access, Remote access
 - Network design
