Humor, confidence, individuality, and creativity are embraced, understanding that the unique qualities of team members are instrumental in addressing the distinct challenges faced by the team, business, and clients.

The team manages a portfolio of digital products designed to support the Investor Relations community in their core workflows while enabling the efforts of the internal advisory business. Close collaboration with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders is essential to create intuitive and engaging experiences. Junior designers are mentored, and guidance is provided through the design process, ensuring that best practices are followed and that designs are validated through user research and testing.
  • User Research & Market Analysis: Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to understand customer workflows, industry trends, and emerging best practices. Insights should be translated into actionable design improvements.
  • Interaction & Visual Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that enhance usability and engagement. Consistency across the product should be ensured by contributing to the design system and aligning with UX best practices.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Lead design projects, directing and delegating work for junior team members and building strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders to help mature the overall product design.
  • Design Validation & Iteration: Test and iterate on design solutions based on user feedback and data-driven insights. Qualitative and quantitative methods should be used to refine workflows and improve product usability.
  • Communication: Present work across various job functions, integrating design frameworks, data, and research insights to articulate a user-centered point of view that influences strategic decision-making and direction at senior levels.
