Job Title: Service Cloud Architect (Solution/Technical Architect)
Location: Remote
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Service Cloud Architect who can play both a hands-on and leadership role. The ideal candidate is a strong Solution/Technical Architect with the ability to design end-to-end Salesforce Service Cloud solutions and guide teams in implementing them. Prior hands-on development experience is highly preferred to ensure the architect can provide solid technical direction and set a strong foundation for the project.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud, with a strong focus on Case Management (regional or global rollouts).
  • Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance Service Cloud solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and direction to development, configuration, and QA teams.
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical design documents including process flows, data models, integration specifications, and solution architecture.
  • Ensure design integrity throughout the implementation lifecycle and guide teams to build according to architectural standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to validate requirements and solution feasibility.
  • Conduct reviews of configuration, customizations, integrations, and code to ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and assist teams with solutioning challenges.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases, capabilities, and best practices to improve solution quality.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 8 10 years of total experience, with significant work in Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Entitlements, and Service Console.
  • Proven experience leading regional or global Service Cloud implementations.
  • Prior hands-on experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning, Flows, integrations) recent coding not mandatory but strong foundation required.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, integration patterns, and governor limits.
  • Experience in designing scalable solutions involving integrations with third-party systems.
  • Ability to create architectural diagrams, design documents, and technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Service Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect are a strong plus
