Pay Range: $62 - $67
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Responsibilities:
- Uses a pragmatic approach to guide the team by seeking to understand what they want to achieve and helping them become more effective in an Agile context.
- Comfortable experimenting with a variety of approaches based on need & fit.
- Promotes the use of/experimentation with quality/engineering practices (BDD, TDD, Pairing, CI/CD, etc.).
- Effective facilitation skills at the team level; remains neutral, applies conflict management & Assesses the Agile/Scrum maturity of the team & coaches the team to higher levels of maturity.
- Deep understanding of the mechanics of the Agile framework or method and the ability to teach the specific roles, work products, and activities to team members and stakeholders.
- Observes & provides consistent, impactful feedback for team Agile development.
- Understands the impact and supports the vision for change within their organization.
- Develops a network of change agents to promote change and manage resistance to change.
- Takes an active role in the transition to & implementation of a scaling framework, with guidance from more experienced SMs and Agile Coaches.
- Mentors less experienced Scrum Masters and other LeanAgile leaders.
- Actively seeks coaching & mentoring from more experienced SMs & coaches on LeanAgile techniques and mindset and guides them on their personal change and growth journey.
- Coaches team & managers on the Agile mindset/behavior. Increases team knowledge of Agile/Lean topics helping them understand "why" practices work not just "how".
- Possesses advanced understanding of LeanAgile metrics (health, value, flow and quality) to help teams continually improve.
- Stays current with Agility industry trends & explores other perspectives by reading & contributing to blogs, consuming external media, & actively participating in internal/external Scrum/Agile events.
- Acts as a catalyst to the SM community & in the organization by sharing ideas.
- Ability to foster healthy team dynamics and address negative behaviors.
- Strong coaching experience to be able to coach teams into high performance using Agile principles.
- Ability to support stakeholders and engage in dayto-day team activities, especially with removing impediments. (Bonus) Bringing experience in data and engineering excellence, ideally at scale.
- Preferred: Spanish or Portuguese speaking is a big plus please indicate at the top of the resume.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, humanities, etc.)
- 5 plus years related experience.
- Advanced/2nd level training/certifications from a reputable LeanAgile organization (e.g. PSM II, ICAgile Professional - Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF), ICAgile Professional - Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC)).
- Experience being on multiple Agile teams in a variety of different contexts.
- Scrum certification strongly preferred.
- Experience working in a scaled agile framework preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of business functions and extensive understanding of business operations, strategies and objectives.
- Track record of continued and recent education in LeanAgile including training, conferences, user groups, cohorts, self-study, etc.
