Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will possess deep analytical skills, advanced data manipulation abilities, and a passion for uncovering insights that drive business value.

You will work closely with stakeholders, data engineers, and business teams to interpret data and communicate actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large, complex datasets to derive meaningful insights that support business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics, design experiments, and interpret results.
  • Translate business questions into analytical problems and develop methodologies to solve them.
  • Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Support data governance initiatives and promote data literacy across the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Solid understanding of statistical techniques and data mining methods.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Knowledge of data modeling concepts and ETL processes.
  • Exposure to machine learning concepts and tools is a plus.
