About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager (PM) to support WPA (Workplace Architecture) deal pursuits as part of our Post-Sale Evolution Initiative. This role is critical in driving consistency, improving program execution, and accelerating the end-of-deal cycle from 4 months to 8 weeks. The PM will work closely with cross-functional teams across EMEA and the US to manage tasks, ensure timely deliverables, and implement process improvements-without requiring direct customer interaction.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Drive execution of an existing project plan (built in MS Project) to support WPA deal pursuits.
- Manage and track 160+ tasks across 40+ unique personas with no current end-to-end governance.
- Coordinate with EMEA-based Strategic Engagement Teams to standardize processes and improve consistency.
- Support the implementation of early-stage usage reporting processes to address licensing transparency and reporting gaps.
- Collaborate with a 60-person team dedicated to the initiative, ensuring alignment and timely progress.
- Identify and mitigate risks, improve communication, and enhance overall project quality.
- Participate in regular syncs with US and EMEA stakeholders, including early morning US hours (starting as early as 5:00 AM ET).
- Support internal interviews and onboarding logistics for additional PM candidates.
Qualifications
- 5-6 hours of availability during US mornings and European business hours. (5:00 AM EST start)
- Proven project management experience; PMP certification not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with sales processes and post-sale customer engagement is a plus. Should have experience working on sales enablement or sales related programs/projects in a major technology company.
- Proficiency with MS Project and other project management tools.
