Position: Workday HRIS Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ months with possible extension
Travel: Yes, 25%
Workday HRIS Consultant Position:
This role is a critical position that will help shape how the organization leverages Workday to support its people strategy. The consultant will have direct impact on HR operations efficiency and effectiveness, enabling improved decision-making and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR leaders, IT, and business stakeholders
- Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational goals
- Support the implementation and optimization of Workday HCM
- Design and improve business processes
- Manage Workday-related projects
Experience:
- 6+ years in HRIS or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years hands-on Workday HCM experience
- System implementation experience
- Business process design expertise
- Project management background
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of HR business processes.
- Data governance experience.
- Experience with multiple Workday modules (Absence, Talent/Performance, Benefits, Payroll)
Required Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
