Job Details

The LMS Administrator 2 is responsible for providing day-to-day support and maintenance of Cornerstone, our Learning Management System (LMS), including data entry, user assistance, and troubleshooting. This role serves as a key point of contact for internal training inquiries and helps ensure the accuracy and functionality of learning records and systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

May Include:

Answering training emails coming into the compass inbox and re-directing them as needed.

Entering user training completion and data entry.

Take notes during meetings.

Creates how to documents for training purposes.

Maintain user data in Cornerstone.

Uploading Manufacturing schedule into Cornerstone.

Escalating user issues as needed.

System Training for Admins and Instructors.

Maintaining and updating user accounts as needed.

Submitting trouble shooting tickets to LMS vendor.

Assigning training to users.

Works cross functionally with other departments to set training requirements and assist with providing Cornerstone solutions.

Delegate system permissions.

Creating training groups based on user criteria.

Conducts full training presentations (ie Introduction to the Compass).

Responsible for ongoing Admin trainings.

Level 2 troubleshooting: Cornerstone availability, assignments, visibility, etc.

Safety assignment reviews of audience and assignment details.

Conducting audits on LMS systems, emails, user data, ect.

Research Features in LMS system and present findings within the department.

Checking data feed errors biweekly and sending notifications.

Enters system content updates.

Perform additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needs.

Knowledgeable over LMS Systems

Ability to apply good judgement, strong work ethics and integrity on the job.

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in a training coordinator, training assistant, or similar role that involves training or content management

Cornerstone LMS experience required

Education/Certification:

HS diploma or higher

In-house Cornerstone training

People Management: No

Physical Requirements / Work Environment:

Long hours sitting at a desk using a computer

Ability to commute into the office with notice

Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations
