Role: TCE Developer

Location: Cincinnati, OH 45240 (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 months

Job Title: TCE Developer

Relevant Experience (in Yrs): 5+

Experience required: 5+ years

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

Engineering with strong PLM Build & Development experience.

Good understanding of Teamcenter Architecture Strong Teamcenter ITK Customization and SOA Customization experience Experience in Active Workspace is added advantage Install and setup local development environments of Teamcenter V13+.

Support process architect in To-Be process definition through quick prototypes, proof of concepts, quick technical feasibility checks Develop proof of concepts (Design options and Design Alternates) for critical Design concepts Set up conference room pilots and planned functionality demonstrations Update To-Be process, functional specification and use case on need basis Document detailed technical solution Collaborate with the Design engineers and Drafters to collect CAD/Design BOM related data and taxonomy analysis.

Responsible for collecting and analyzing options and attributes for Product structures Strong understanding of BOM management processes.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze the complex data provided by SMEs across multiple departments and businesses Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

Roles & Responsibilities

Support process architects in use case documentation.

Install and setup local development environments of Teamcenter V13+ Develop proof of concepts (Design options and Design Alternates) for critical Design concepts Set up conference room pilots and planned functionality demonstrations.

Update To-Be process, functional specification and use case on need basis.

Re-use Proof of Concept design approach/solution to document and develop fine detailed solution.

Design and Configure To-Be system with the use cases scenarios described in the work stream functional specification document Document detailed technical solution Collaborate with the Design engineers and Drafters to collect CAD/Design BOM related data and taxonomy analysis.

Responsible for collecting and analyzing options and attributes for Product structures.

Coordination with SMEs for requirements

Provide proof of concept (POC) if required Capture all the requirements.

Document all the OOTB defects and follow up with DS Functional Spec Documentation. Obtain BRD and FS sign off from business team.

Technical Design

Configuration & Coding of Teamcenter features and functions in local environment, unit testing.

Teamcenter ITK Customization, SOA Customization Delivery of solution packages to System Admin team including configuration, customizations, install instructions and scripts through CVS/SVN/Git submissions for deployment in Dev, QA and finally into Production Environment.

Verification of configuration & customization in customer managed Development environment; execution of test cases.

End to End System Integration Testing.

Bug & Issue fixes.

Final configuration & code delivery; updated installation & deployment instructions.

Support deployment to Customer managed QA environment.

Help in Training Material creation.

Support and Drive User Acceptance Testing Cutover planning & support Go-live support.
