About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Architect to lead the design, development, and management of enterprise data solutions. The ideal candidate will define data architecture standards, ensure data quality, and provide strategic guidance on data integration, storage, and analytics to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement enterprise data architecture, including data models, data warehouses, and data lakes.
  • Define and enforce data governance, standards, and best practices across the organization.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable, high-performance data solutions.
  • Lead data integration, migration, and ETL/ELT processes using modern tools and technologies.
  • Optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing for analytics and business intelligence solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineering and analytics teams.
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging data technologies and platforms to improve efficiency and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct architecture reviews and performance tuning to ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or analytics roles.
  • Strong expertise in data modeling, data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and data integration.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and modern data architectures.
  • Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL, Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.).
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and master data management (MDM).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) or data architecture.
  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or healthcare domains.
  • Familiarity with machine learning pipelines and advanced analytics architectures.
