About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master with proven expertise in driving Agile practices across enterprise-level programs. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of professional experience, strong leadership in Agile/Scrum, and certifications such as CSM and/or PSM. The candidate should also have working knowledge of Tableau for reporting and metrics visualization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple Scrum teams to deliver complex, high-value solutions using Agile methodologies.
  • Guide teams on self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Product Owners to refine backlogs and ensure alignment with customer needs.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
  • Identify and resolve impediments, conflicts, and dependencies across teams.
  • Coach development teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks.
  • Drive the adoption of Agile best practices, increasing maturity and delivery effectiveness.
  • Provide visibility into project progress through reports, dashboards, and metrics (Tableau preferred).
  • Act as a servant leader, promoting an environment of trust, empowerment, and accountability.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support scaling initiatives (SAFe, LeSS, or equivalent frameworks).

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of overall IT/Project experience with at least 7+ years as a Scrum Master.
  • Proven track record of leading large, complex Agile projects.
  • Strong experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
  • Experience with Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus) is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Agile tools (JIRA, Rally, Azure DevOps) and reporting with Tableau.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Agile transformation initiatives at the enterprise level.
  • Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and modern delivery practices.
  • Additional certifications (SAFe Agilist, ICAgile, CSP-SM) are a plus.
