Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Developer

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of a custom Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution. The role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring seamless system integration, and providing end-user training on the Dynamics platform. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) engagement, supporting key organizational initiatives related to economic and workforce development.

 

Short Description

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Developer to design, implement, and maintain a tailored CRM system. The position involves integrating systems, training users on Dynamics 365, and working closely with stakeholders to turn business requirements into practical, functional solutions. Strong experience with Dynamics customization, C#, and .NET is required.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for the overall architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions and their integrations with other platforms.
  • Define the logical, technical, and physical architecture for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Develop a production-ready CRM solution in Microsoft Dynamics, aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Oversee the daily administration, maintenance, and monitoring of the Dynamics CRM system, including customizations and configurations.
  • Develop CRM functionalities and train others on Dynamics 365 development best practices.
  • Gather and document business requirements from non-technical stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into effective system and functional design documentation.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and technical teams to implement scalable solutions.
  • Handle data migration tasks to and from the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
  • Create and demonstrate solution prototypes for business users.
  • Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with third-party tools, external databases, and systems.
  • Provide ongoing user support and technical training.
  • Conduct regular testing and quality assurance to ensure solution performance.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and the rollout of new CRM features.
