Description
The Experienced Salesforce Administrator will work to ensure that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system based on the various business needs. We are seeking someone with excellent technical and communication skills who can interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs to administer and enhance the system accordingly or build a solution from scratch. This person will serve as the "go to" for users, promote adoption, keep current on new releases and AppExchange solutions, provide training, perform basic updates and more.
Job Responsibilities
Provide technical support, maintenance, and training for our salesforce users.
Perform ongoing Salesforce administration (create accounts/profile, updating layouts, reports, dashboards, etc.).
Design, configure & maintain security/sharing rules, permission sets, field level security, record level security, roles, and profiles.
Maintain data quality through ongoing data analysis, record maintenance and other related tasks.
Identify and evaluate new features and functionality related to new Salesforce releases.
Monitor data integrity by creating audits to support data integrity, database de-duping and cleanup.
Work on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines.
Work independently and think creatively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, with minimal supervision.
Build and configure reporting tools in Salesforce to support KPIs & Dashboards departmental needs.
Build, Maintain and Troubleshoot approval flows.
Data Imports and manipulation/cleanup via Wizard, Data loader, and DemandTools
Quarterly Release Management: Planning, scheduling, and coordinating Salesforce's seasonal releases. Review release notes to identify relevant features, assess their impact, and collaborate with stakeholders.
System Health Checks: Conducting regular audits using tools like Salesforce Health Check to assess performance, security, and scalability. Monitoring logs, tracking resource usage, analyzing metrics, and performing security audits

Detailed knowledge of Sales Cloud, Non-Profit Success Pack, and Service Cloud
Strong understanding of the platform with the ability to manage the system and build/update the following but not limited to custom objects, workflow processes and rules, custom views, complex reports and dashboards, Flows, Process Builder, Duplicate Management, page layouts and record types, formula fields, Data loader, Cases, Lead Management, External Communities, Data Modeling and more.
Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud to Support customer service team with reports/dashboards and troubleshooting issues, build new functionality including Chat, CTI integration (AirCall), Apps & Flows, build and maintain Salesforce Communities Portal for our FAQ and Knowledge articles, and setting up and maintaining Data category setup, Self-Service Sites and Portals using Digital Experience Builder, Queues and Routing rule, and expert in building macros and email templates
Strong knowledge of NPSP that includes but not limited to the Household model, Funds, GAU, Reoccurring Donations, import process, Customizable Rollups, opportunities, payments, campaigns, advanced mapping, contact roles and soft credit.
Understanding of DocuSign used in Salesforce and Conga/Apttus CMS experience
FormAssembly to build/maintain forms for external use, a connecting data collection tool for Salesforce applications to create and update records.
Business Analyst Skills includes Technical Documentation, user feedback and customization, user experience knowledge and accurate work estimates, and how system is impacted by changes implemented.
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to grasp concepts quickly.
Demonstrate sharp, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
