Overview:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of experience providing administrative support for the Yardi platform. This is an exciting direct hire opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization with an innovative office space featuring a marketing room for podcasts, as well as a fun lunch and event area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide business analyst and administrative support for the Yardi system, including troubleshooting and incident management
• Create, manage, and maintain Yardi user accounts
• Act as a liaison between Operations and IT teams to gather and define requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement enhancements and support business initiatives
• Utilize SQL and Microsoft Power BI to generate reports and analyze data

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience supporting the Yardi platform in an IT or business analyst capacity
• Background in Property Management or related real estate industries
• Strong technical and analytical skills with experience in SQL and Microsoft Power BI
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
