POSTING IS FOR WISCONSIN BASED CANDIDATES ONLY (OR THOSE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO WISCONSIN WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE START DATE). Candidates that are NOT located IN WISCONSIN or NOT willing TO RELOCATE within that timeframe will NOT be considered and should not be submitted. ALL WORK MUST BE DONE IN WISCONSIN
Analyzing IT business systems and doing requirements gathering and writing. (8+ years)
Lead User Acceptance Testing, scenario creation and defect identification and tracking (8+ years)
Workgroup Facilitation Lead for system projects (8+ years)
Writing technical documents such as operational memos and helptext, metrics, checklists, user guides and manuals.(8+ years)
An in-person interview may be required before a final hire is made. The hiring manager has discretion to allow phone or video interviews at any point during the process.
Interviews will be set up shortly after the posting close date.
MUST provide three (3) business references for the interview. (One reference must be a supervisory level.)
Candidate MUST be physically located in the United States. International candidates/phone numbers will not be accepted.
Candidate must follow ALL DCF work rules
Candidate must be available to perform all work during the Central Standard Time (CST) business hours 9:00 am 3 pm (or CST hours as defined by the hiring manager)
Candidate will be required to provide their own equipment for this position (See job description for required specifications.)
Candidate MUST be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role at their own expense. Local candidates preferred. This position is currently remote. However, position status is subject to change. (90% remote 10% onsite as needed) Onsite work is not likely, but candidate should be prepared to come onsite if required. Part time (25 hours per week) can be flexible with 5 hours per day or 3 full days per week, etc.

Business Analyst/Consultant capabilities with 5-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Independently, performs a variety of complicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
