Job Description:

🔧 Job Responsibilities

  • Provide daily End-User Computing (EUC) and Deskside Support services.

  • Support desktops, laptops, peripherals; troubleshoot OS, applications, network, and patching issues.

  • Use tools like SCCM, Ivanti, and Intune for software deployment, installation, and updates.

  • Ensure all workstations are updated with antivirus, Windows patches, and feature packs.

  • Troubleshoot and maintain conference room devices: Polycom, Cisco, StarLeaf, monitors, cameras, MS Teams Rooms.

  • Coordinate with facilities for maintenance of non-network devices: CCTV cameras, humidity sensors, etc.

  • Provide remote troubleshooting using RDP, IDRAC, ILO, IP phones, etc.

  • Handle issues related to printers, file restorations, mobile devices, docking stations, and accessories.

  • Manage IT assets and lifecycle: imaging, allocation, deallocation, reclamation.

  • Track accurate asset status in ITSM platform; perform space reclamation and profile archiving.

  • Follow ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management.

  • Maintain knowledge base and documentation for standard processes.

  • Generate detailed reports on incidents, SLAs, asset status, and service improvements.


Requirements & Skills

  • 3–4 years experience in EUC and Deskside Support Services.

  • Strong knowledge of desktop support technologies and infrastructure components.

  • Proficient in network troubleshooting and support.

  • Hands-on experience with SCCM/Ivanti/Intune for software deployments.

  • Skilled in OS installations, patch management, and troubleshooting.

  • Experience managing conference room technology and end-user devices.

  • Familiarity with remote support tools: RDP, IDRAC, ILO, etc.

  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware: printers, mobile devices, docking stations, etc.

  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication skills.

  • Prior experience in a Managed Service Operations environment.

  • Fluent in English; strong verbal, written, and analytical skills.

  • Solid understanding of ITIL framework and service management processes.

  • Experience managing hardware inventory and laptop lifecycle end-to-end.

  • Ability to coordinate with teams for stock imaging, allocations, deallocations, etc.

  • Handle routine housekeeping tasks: archiving, software installs, and profile cleanup.
