Job Details

Role: Senior Full-Stack Application Developer (2 positions)
Location: Baltimore, MD ( 5 Days Onsite)
Look for resources from DMV (DC, Maryland, VA) area or can relocated on their own
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise-level .NET and Java web applications.
  • Provide full-stack support, including database management, system integration, and application troubleshooting.
  • Serve as administrator/SME for:
    • NextGen EHR (Electronic Health Records)
    • MI-Case Offender Case Management System (OCMS)
    • Maryland Criminal Justice Dashboard
    • Computerized Criminal History (CCH) Systems
    • OpenText RightFax & OpenText Quality Center
  • Manage SQL Server databases (T-SQL, stored procedures, SSRS, SSIS, ETL processes).
  • Administer and configure Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source control and build management.
  • Oversee IIS and Windows Server configuration, performance tuning, and security.
  • Investigate and resolve user issues via workflow reproduction and root cause analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather/analyze business and technical requirements.
  • Develop and deliver technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Support Project Managers with scope management and timely deliverables.
  • Contribute across the SDLC in Agile and Waterfall environments.

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years in .NET, Java, and C# enterprise development.
  • 7+ years with Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, SSRS, SSIS, ETL).
  • 3+ years of administrator-level experience with NextGen EHR.
  • 3 5 years managing Team Foundation Server (TFS).
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • OCMS, Criminal Justice Dashboard, and CCH Systems
    • OpenText RightFax (v22.2+) & Quality Center
  • Proven ability to work with stakeholders on requirements and scalable solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of IIS and Windows Server administration.
  • Experience in system integration, testing, reporting, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Familiarity with Agile & Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Prior experience supporting government or public sector clients.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and security-driven environments.
  • Background in training, system rollout, and user adoption support.
  • Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong adaptability to emerging technologies in fast-paced environments.
