Overview:
Our client seeks a Senior-level QA Program Manager to lead a high-impact quality assurance program within a large-scale digital transformation initiative. This role supports enterprise-wide systems, including S/4 HANA, CRM, PLM, and MES, and will require strong leadership to manage multiple QA leads and ensure strategic alignment across business and technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of QA leadership experience across complex ERP environments, a strong background in vendor governance, and the maturity to guide both internal teams and external partners through high-visibility quality programs.

The QA Program Manager will oversee a team of 6 QA leads, each specializing in different QA areas. They will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage program-level QA strategy, and provide reporting and escalation management for executive stakeholders. This is not a hands-on testing role; rather, it requires high-level oversight, leadership, and strategic coordination. The PM will guide the adoption and enforcement of QA frameworks and tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), LoadRunner, SonarQube, and BlackDuck, while also managing system, integration, non-functional, and UAT phases. Strong project management, communication, and conflict resolution skills are essential to navigate vendor challenges, align QA outcomes with program goals, and foster continuous improvement.
