Title: Project Co-Ordinator / Business Analyst

Location: Mountain View, CA

Description:

  • Proficient in SQL to help combine various signals from different Plx tables/scripts to support our metrics effort)
  • Dashboarding via Google Data Studio
  • Experience with some of the Google launch review tools we use daily (eg, Buganizer, Ariane/Launch)
  • Can capture and maintain process workbooks

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive the team s portfolio management, identifying and working with stakeholders to strategize, plan, and prioritize objectives, estimate task durations, and ensure schedules and dependencies are aligned and support those objectives.
  • Work with the PWG-Ads
  • Privacy Engineers on knowledge sharing initiatives, such as providing training on privacy policy and the review process for the Advocates and Delegates program.
  • Define relevant metrics, success criteria (eg, SLOs), and alerts that demonstrate progress against key performance indicators and privacy compliance objectives. Able to run SQL queries to bring together data across data sources in support of our overall metrics effort.
  • Support scalable, automated processes and tooling to deliver reporting to track planning, scheduling, issues, risks and overall status of key programs.
  • Build relationships and gain buy into cross-PA processes and initiatives to support and drive cross-PWG collaboration and overall effectiveness (eg, centralized tooling, metrics, best practices, training).
  • Exemplary communication skills with strong presentation skills; able to represent their project from business, product and technical perspectives.

4 years or more experience analyzing product and/or technical plans with the ability to identify success metrics, risks, and dependencies

2 years or more experience with the online advertising ecosystem including Google's Ads products

2 years or more experience with automating processes, tracking and reporting success to various stakeholders
