Job Title: Healthcare insurance Subject Matter Expert

Work Location: Seattle, WA

Job Description:

• 10+ years of experience in the Healthcare insurance industry. Proven experience in working with supporting Healthcare insurance systems or solutions.
• Familiarity with healthcare insurance software, policy administration systems, claims management solutions, and insurance workflows.
• Understanding of system integration and architecture as it pertains to insurance operations.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose technical solutions that meet industry standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address challenges in insurance workflows and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise between IT teams and non-technical stakeholders, including clients.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a way that non-technical professionals can understand.
• Documentation Skills : Work with Pre-Sales, Sales and Product team to prepare the RFI/RFP/Proposal preparation and presentation preparation for the proposal.
• Regulatory Knowledge:
• In-depth knowledge of Healthcare insurance regulations, including licensing, solvency, claims management, and anti-fraud measures.
