Location : Remote
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Oracle Access Management (OAM) architecture, including integration with cloud-based and on-premise systems.
  • Lead the deployment and administration of IAM components including Oracle Identity Federation (OIF), Oracle Adaptive Access Manager (OAAM), and Oracle Identity Governance (OIG).
  • Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO), OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SAML-based integrations.
  • Manage and enforce multi-factor authentication (MFA) policies across enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to integrate IAM with various enterprise and cloud applications (e.g., Oracle ERP, Azure AD, AWS IAM).
  • Monitor, analyze, and respond to access-related security events, incidents, and audit logs.
  • Provide technical leadership on IAM strategy, security best practices, and compliance (e.g., NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP).
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation including architectural diagrams, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
  • Perform regular access reviews and entitlement recertifications in compliance with organizational policies.
  • Assist in the development of role-based access control (RBAC) models and identity governance frameworks.
  • Stay current on new IAM threats, tools, and best practices; recommend proactive mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Access Management and Oracle IAM stack.
  • Proven experience in deploying and securing enterprise IAM solutions in hybrid cloud environments.
  • Strong expertise in identity federation, SSO, and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC).
  • Experience with MFA tools and integrating MFA into enterprise applications.
  • Proficient in scripting and automation using tools such as Shell, Python, or PowerShell.
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards: NIST, FIPS, ISO 27001, FISMA, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor junior team members.

Preferred:

  • Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or similar IAM/security certifications.
  • Experience integrating Oracle IAM with Azure AD, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform IAM services.
  • Experience with DevSecOps pipelines and CI/CD security automation.
