Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements within Salesforce.
- Ask the right questions beyond surface-level responses to uncover true business needs.
- Document clear, concise requirements that support both the business and development teams.
- Participate actively in conference calls speak up, collaborate, and drive discussions forward.
- Support the Salesforce Contact Center migration by identifying gaps, proposing improvements, and ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Leverage SQL and data analysis skills to mine, interpret, and validate data for system insights.
- Translate business needs into practical, scalable Salesforce solutions, collaborating closely with development teams.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detective-like curiosity.
- Proven ability to write clean, clear, and structured documentation.
- Hands-on Salesforce experience (Service Cloud preferred for contact center support).
- Experience working with stakeholders to extract knowledge and refine business requirements.
- SQL/data analysis skills for investigating system behavior and validating requirements.
- Familiarity with software development best practices (design, development, implementation).
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage and speak up in virtual meetings.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Preferred / Bonus Skills
- Service Cloud experience (highly desirable).
- Salesforce Contact Center migration experience.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud and sales process knowledge (leads, opportunities, workflows).
- Healthcare industry background.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, Six Sigma Black Belt, or other BA certifications.
- Prior experience supporting Salesforce migration or transformation projects.
