Title: Travel Logistics Analyst
Location: Orlando, FL
Duration: 4 Month Initial Contract
Compensation: $48-$53/hr

Travel Logistics Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • This role will report directly to the Senior Manager, Global Travel & Expense Technology and take daily direction from the Sr. Travel Systems Analyst and Travel Systems Manager.
  • This role is responsible for the execution and maintenance of systematic travel rules and policies with an emphasis on exceptional customer service.
  • This position requires a base knowledge of common Travel Technology systems & applications, complex problem-solving skills, and effective communication with leadership.
  • This role will be responsible for executing the day-to-day operation and managing enhancements of Global Travel Technology, ensuring system efficiency, and uptime.
  • This role will also act as the primary customer service representative for daily management of errors and escalations.

Skillset / Experience:
  • Experience on a managed corporate Global Travel Team or corporate travel agency required.
  • Experience with systems such as Concur and Sabre are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of travel booking workflows, expense management, and policy enforcement within global enterprise environments.
  • Experience supporting large-scale travel technology rollouts, migrations, or integrations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail when handling system errors, user escalations, and cross-functional communication.
  • Comfortable working with data to generate insights, track system performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Proficient in documenting SOPs, system processes, and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with IT, Procurement, Travel Management Companies (TMCs), and executive stakeholders to ensure seamless travel operations.
