Job Title:              Workday Extend Developer (Certification Preferred) with State Client Experience

Location:              Remote                Working in PST

Duration:             6+ Months

Interview:             Video( 2- 3 rounds)         

Need submission soon(with 1-2 hours as submissions slots are limited)           State client experience is needed

Required Skills:

·         Moderate to strong hands-on experience with Workday Extend development.

·         Solid understanding of Workday architecture, data model, and security.

·         Experience working with Workday REST APIs, Workday Studio, or related Workday tools (preferred).

·         Ability to work closely with clients, gather requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions.

·         Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·         Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a client-facing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

·         Workday certification(s) in Extend or related modules.

·         Experience in HRIS, HCM, or other Workday functional areas.

·         Prior consulting or client-facing development experience.

 

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Workday Extend Developer with moderate to strong hands-on experience to support the design and development of Workday Extend applications. In this role, you will collaborate closely with client stakeholders to understand requirements, build custom solutions, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

·         Develop, configure, and deploy Workday Extend applications based on client requirements.

·         Collaborate directly with client teams to gather functional and technical specifications.

·         Translate business needs into scalable, maintainable Extend solutions.

·         Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Extend applications.

·         Ensure adherence to Workday development best practices and security standards.

·         Provide documentation and knowledge transfer as needed to client teams.

·         Support integration points and work closely with Workday functional and technical teams.
