Role: Data Engineer
Location: Washington
Role Type: Contract
Work Mode: Hybird 3 Days/Week
We're hiring a Data Engineer with 12+ years of experience, strong in Azure Databricks and SAP BPC.
Key Skills:
- Azure Databricks, ADLS Gen2, Data Factory, Synapse, Key Vault
- Data modeling for planning/forecasting
- SAP BPC: logic scripts, data structures, planning flows
- Python, SQL, Git
- Cloud-based planning tools or integration patterns
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred:
- Finance/FP&A or EPM background
- Experience in BPC migrations or cloud FP&A platforms
- Knowledge of cloud planning tools
Responsibilities:
- Analyze SAP BPC models and integrations
- Build scalable data pipelines in Azure Databricks
- Convert legacy BPC logic to modern data flows
- Integrate with planning platforms (via APIs, files, connectors)
- Ensure data quality, performance, and compliance
- Work with architects and planning teams
- Document and hand off solutions effectively
