Duration: 12+ Months
Location: 100% Remote
Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Career level 1+
- Assist shop floor operators with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) troubleshooting
- Triage, investigate, resolve and manage all MES ServiceNow tickets
- Maintain and develop MES Knowledge Base
- Proficiency in Rockwell Manufacturing Execution System PharmaSuite is required
- Understanding of manufacturing IT applications & interfaces required
- Collaborate with Manufacturing IT applications teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Escalate complex problems to the MES Tier 2 team when necessary
- Data Analysis of support tickets, including reporting of recurring issues and suggesting preventive measures and process improvements
- Maintain continuous safety mindset and stay up to date with all necessary trainings
- Nights and weekends will be required
Key Skill sets:
- Rockwell PharmaSuite experience
- IT is troubleshooting experience
- ServiceNow management
- Manufacturing IT applications awareness
