Implementation Lead
Location : Midvale Utah
Duration : Long term
Role & Responsibilities:
- Plans and ensures Implementation readiness including detailed schedule for technical and non-technical activities, environmental readiness, release coordination, staffing and support for command centers, bug triage, reporting, post-implementation coordination and triaging.
- Coordinates with training, technical, operational, project and infrastructure teams, and facilitates communication. of plans, schedules, readiness, and go-live activities.
- Coordinates creation of deployment and production support deliverables.
- Plans and coordinates the execution of mocks, dress rehearsals, and conversion.
- Coordinates implementation tasks and near-term post-implementation support for each deployment event.
- Organizes a team of deployment leads and analysts to determine deployment tasks required to install the solution in production, define user rollout strategies, prepares and conducts readiness checkpoints against plans, leads assessment of production support current and target state from an operational and technical perspective and prepares transition plans.
Desired Experience / Qualifications:
- Extensive experience working with large system conversions within financial services
- Implementation planning and leading experience is preferred
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills
- Very strong project management experience
- Agile methodology, specifically SAFe
- Expertise in verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across business, technology and operations groups
