Jersey City, NJ| Hybrid | 6 12 Years Experience

We're looking for a Scrum Master with strong Property & Casualty insurance expertise to lead Agile delivery for GenAI-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retros, reviews)

  • Remove impediments and enable high-performing teams

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Business Stakeholders

  • Ensure compliance with insurance domain regulations and standards

  • Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • 6 12 years as a Scrum Master (insurance projects mandatory)

  • Strong P&C insurance knowledge (policy, claims, underwriting)

  • CSM or SAFe certification preferred

  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Rally

  • Exposure to DevOps / CI-CD pipelines is a plus

  • GenAI project experience is a bonus
